    As a Technical Support Associate, you will deliver customer service to our customers and clients. You are also expected to:

    • Provide first class customer service through phone and e-mail
    • Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
    • Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
    • Meet pre-determined targets
    • Represent the client in a professional manner
    • Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
    • Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
    • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements

    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
    • Good knowledge of computers
